COVID-19 2020
In March 2020, we halted all overhead fundraising to dedicate all our resources to rally the community and support students. Together as a community, we have accomplished amazing things. We focused our efforts to find sustainable ways to help our at-risk students and their families in an uncertain world. Through the Adams 12 Five Star Schools district, we provided tangible solutions that can provide immediate, impactful aid to students who need it.
Key highlights:
1,800,870 Meals served to our families in need through district nutritional services from March to end of 2020.
28,000 Chromebooks distributed to our students in the spring and fall.
27 Emergency Resource Closets established at schools for students’ immediate needs. To learn more about the Resource Closet program, click here.
$1,300,000 for students raised through gifts, grants, and sponsorships.
